I got my tickets for the Dallas show 2 weeks ago in the vip boxes.
I also got 6 tickets to the acoustic show @ Antone's. I am pumped I just hope that the show in Dallas isn't going to be 6 or 7 songs and then VR. I'm going for one reason and that is AIC! I saw them last year at Nokia and they were great although my seats sucked and I was unable to see the video of Layne. I wonder when the DVD will be coming out?
Does anyone know?
The fact that Layne won't be there is tragic but the band must go on. William has class and can hold his own up there and all the people that say that they should'nt go on are crazy. Maybe he can dred lock his hair! that would change his look! If they have been to any of the concerts they know the crowd drowned all the vocals anyway. Alice In Chains is a very special band and any time a person get's a chance to see them they should.
Pink Floyd was still Pink Floyd when I saw them without Roger Waters!
And Ian Astbury did a great job when he toured with the Doors.
It's all about the music and the experience that comes with it.
Peace out!

So what you are saying is that Pink Floyd is really not Pink Floyd because Syd Barrett isn't there?

I've seen Roger Waters in concert and will never see him again unless he get's back with the Floyd.
