that is fuckin' cool ~ the accoustic hour in milwaukee was amazing
great vibe ~ the crowd was a big party of friends and the guys were kicked back and relaxed and sounding great

if an accoustic show is anywhere near you, you HAVE to go to this

If you have a chance to catch one of these shows you must! This is one of the best shows I have seen (St Louis) recorded live at the Pagent. It was awesome.

Hey,is there any truth to the thing it says on wikipedia about Alice bringing out a live accustic album of a recent show at Milwaukie,WI?Supposedly it's a teaser to a studio album they are working on and gonna bring out soon.It says William DuVall is gonna be doing vocals on both albums.What do you guys think? I think this is a really cool idea, but I don't know if everyone else is on board with it or not. In my opinion, Duvall is the perfect NEW frontman for this band. He's not a poser trying to sound like LAYNE and that is what I like best. Plus, I have seen them with Duvall twice, he plays the guitar, acoustic and electric, and sings the tunes in a pretty cool way. What more could we ask for?? I liked them so much, I have tickets for the Re-Evolution tour with VR, and an acoustic show!!!!   Rock on boys!!!!!

Why can't they come back to Chicago and do an acoustic set? I skipped out on the Chicago date cuz they were playing a venue with TERRIBLE acoustics, and it was too expensive. If I'm going to see AIC, I wanna see them headline, not be 2nd to VR.

I feel lucky to have gotten to see the band with Layne (1996 opening for Kiss). Please dont take me wrong here, I am and will always be a huge Layne fan, but AiC might even be better with William.

Better with William I don't know about. I saw them open for Kiss as well in Kansas City,. Mo. The guy (William) has a lot of musical talent, but AIC could NEVER be better without LAYNE, sorry!!! However, I am infinitely glad these guys have finally come back around!!!! They are the best hard rock band since Led Zeppelin, no doubt in my mind!!!! Who else rocks so hard, but yet are so good acoustically. i know lots of band have done acoustic shows, i.e. unplugged, and all of that. but consider SAP and Jar Of Flies, no band before or since has done something like that. A great balance between heavy and light, no comparison to anyone else in music recently, no one else has shown their versatility.

This kicks some SERIOUS ass!!! Jusy got my tickets for the Tulsa acoustic show. How the hell did we get so lucky??? Tulsa is usually considered second-tier for groups and tours, but I'm not complaining. There is a rabid following for this band around here. See you boys in Dallas and Sep. 27th and back in Tulsa on Oct. 19th. The best of both worlds. I can hardly believe it!!!!

Not very many, they opened for Ozzy in 1992 at the Fair Meadows race track. Other than that, I don't know when else they came here. Jerry and his father own a ranch here in Oklahoma. I know all these details, without you having to inform me. I was just expressing my gratitude for being able to see them twice in Tulsa in just over a year. I have lived here all my life, and have followed this band since 1991. There haven't been all that many chances to see them here. Okay smart guy, what do you have to say now???? And I do have all the answers, anything else you want to know???

OK, lets have peace,it just seemed,as if you were from the west or the east coast,I live near Atoka,and I have follwed them from the start,Back in the day I have a buddy  that is friends with David, and has partied with them all and I never would go with him. yet I can tell you from hearing from him, that jerry is very much an outdoorsman and also that he is here quite often. and as for the tours back then jerry couldnt make layne, do anything he didnt want to do thus the solo stuff after  all this is the end of the earth as far as the coast are concerned, yet  read baldys take on Tulsa last year when they played the cains it was like he needed something far more than this place had to offer .They even called it Tulsa Texas, what a slap in the face,So i do thank Jerry for coming back not baldy or any other fucker,because its not them its Jerry and of course the money, and if Sammy would play the cains i would go but not at the brady ,catch my drift ,its more laid back than cains, and I was up close and personal sep.30 of last year,I just feel that the brady would work for this one ,so we disagree ok , us okies got stick together or the rest of the country will keep on screwin us as  always. P.S. i am a true redhead,and know all the Jokes that go along with it.

Yeah, the Baldy did slam Tulsa in the tour diary. But oh well, I don't give a shit what the Baldy thinks of my hometown!!! I am just happy they chose us for this badass show. They didn't get to play their acoustic set here in '06. I caught it in OKC. So maybe that might have something to do with it. That is the only drawback to the Cain's, the stage is so small, band's can't do everything there that they can everywhere else, i.e. video screens or even having enough room to play a small acoustic set a the front of the stage!! Peac bro, no hard feelings!!!  Counting the days until Oct. 19th at the Cain's ballroom.
