    AiC Store RIPP OFF?

    Well I've been waiting for over 3 months for my order, that I paid over a 100US$ for, it included 2 shirts, the hoodie en the musicbank boxset.

    Now I have mailed the store a few times and they simply ignore me, am not a happy man, I doubt my order will ever come in, nonetheless it would be appreciated if the people at the store at least mailed me back, so I could know what was going on;

    Anyone else have this problem? Or anyone can help me here?

    Hey,

    Send an email to help@aliceinchains.com and in the title put "Nothing Safe's store order" When I see your email, I will forward it over to our store person and attach a note that basically says what you just posted.

    Is it a joke or what?  Shit guys, I realise you can be busy but this is just bullshit.  I want to order some stuff but they don't ever bother to answer my e-mail to say if they got my order.  This is really annoying cuz it's not my card I use.  Let's just hope I didn't send it twice, cuz I can't do anything with the same order.  And I know they send an e-mail to confirm your order, but I don't think they even would bother.

    I just hope I get my order, and get it just once.  Just wish I could get the stuff I want here cuz this is ridiculous

    Since I last wrote this post, no one of the store has contacted me with any kind of explanation, so it's almost safe to say I was ripped off by the AiC order website.

    i had the same problem.  i ordered the new cd in august, and it hit my statement that month.  i've left numerous phone calls and e-mails with no answers, whatsoever.  it would be nice if anybody from this website would respond.

    i had no problems at all when i ordered....in fact i was amazed at how quickly i received the merch and i luv my hoodie

    but there seems to be a problem if there are this many ppl feeling ripped off
    .....not very good business practice, ya know?  it doesn't reflect well on the band

    yeh i paid 26 bucks for busienss overnight postage for my  hoodie, i ordered on the 24th and its now the 28th.

    I always get this when I confirm my order.  Anyone else has this problem?  I'm sure I didn't order anything that was sold out, so there must be technical difficulties when I order my stuff.  It's driving my crazy!

    Go into your store account and empty your cart and then delete your cookies. This should give your account a "fresh start" and you shouldn't get that message unless the item you're ordering actually is out of stock. If you're still getting that message after you've emptied your cart and deleted your cookies, please PM me and let know which item you're trying to order. I will then find out if the item actually is out of stock or if there is some kind of technical difficulty happening.
