yeah well i'm extremely tired of the spurs and i've always hated the lakers. i would like to see the hornets and the celtics in the finals but i think it's gonna be.....

i've had the lakers in there and i'll stick with them. but i won't be surprised if the spurs knock them out. a lakers celtics finals would be fun to watch.

Man, I wouldn't count anyone out at this point. Didn't think SA would lose by 20 to NO!

I think Utah has a good chance against LA. Boozer fouling out with about 4/5 minutes left in a close game hurt them. Then again, they had a ton of looks and nothing dropped.

Yeah KashmirKim... Paul is making S.A. look really bad...

The thing that really peeves me though, is the fact that Kobe got the MVP over Paul... 

Paul did more for his team than Kobe did (stats aside)... Kobe carried the team until Gasol showed up, and thats when he finally decided to grow up and realize there was actually a team and not him.If he would have been the way he is now through the whole season... then yes. Hands down he would deserve it. But in my opinion, Chris Paul deserved it more since he did what he did through the entire season.

I'm finally getting a chance to see some of the playoffs because of work consuming my life again, but I agree Sludge... where are the NBA fans around here?

Well being the Laker hater that I am, I sure hope Utah can get it going and knock L.A. out of the race.

Then it'll be a breeze for the Hornets to take the west...

As far as the east is concerned... I really hope that the Boston experiment fails horribly (even though I like Ray Allen). I always look for the favored to be knocked off (unless it's my team).

i knew kobe was going to get it for the simple fact that he's been in the league for 12 years and hasn't gotten one yet. paul may have deserved it more but that's how it goes. paul will get his though. i think he's the best PG i've ever seen. the man is fucking sick! just amazing to watch. there's some teaming kicking themselves in the ass for passing him in the draft.
