One of friends in college is a huge Theater head and as the first song I heard was As I Am I figured it'd be a decent album and I wasn't let down! I don't generally let anyone elses opinion shape mine. I'll listen to it and decide myself if I like it kinda thing. In most cases anyway.

Novembers Doom - To Welcome the Fade

I got this since I have their 2 releases following this album, and I really like them a lot. This one is also really good imo. More doomish then the following, mixed with some really deep and personal lyrics, along with an excellent vocal performence. Also came with a bonus cd featuring the For Every Leaf that Falls EP and 2 live track.
