NIN are so good. I wish Trent had of got that project with Maynard from Tool off the ground that would have been great. My favourite NIN song would have to be Hurt and I cant believe Johnny Cash tried his best to ruin it but could not suceed.

I saw them in June and it was such a great show. I'd have to say that either Something I Can Never Have or And All that Could Have Been are my favortie songs

Nine Inch Nails will always have a very special place in my heart. They were my first favorite band of all time.

The first cd I ever bought on my own, with my own money (allowance, LOL) was Pretty Hate Machine when I was 8 (yes, eight years old. I had older siblings to guide me, and I really liked Head Like a Hole which on the radio constantly here).

I own every single halo up through the Fragile. I am not too impressed with the new album, however. My favorite albums from NIN are PHM, Broken, and DS.

My all-time favorite NIN songs: Wish, Something I can Never Have, Gave Up, The Becoming, Dead Souls remake from the Crow soundtrack, Burn from Natural Burn Killers soundtrack, and Perfect Drug from Lost Highway.

    Re: Nine Inch Nails

Going to see them in March next year which kind of makes up for BLS not coming over now. Although that would have been a kickass weekend with BLS on the Friday and NIN on the Monday. Like all their albums except FDTS which gets zapped on my ipod everytime.

    Re: Nine Inch Nails

really if it wasnt for Trent Reznor I probably wouldnt have any respect for sythesizers etc. and all other non-traditional sounds.  The tunes that this man has thrown together comprise art in its highest degree.  Beautifully devastating melodies with brilliant (sometimes questionable) lyrics.  Trent is a brilliant musician and I finally had the pleasure of seeing him live about a year ago.  Like most of the great heavy bands the NIN show a brilliant softer side.  The music is highly emotional and the lyrics are very openly revealing from a personal standpoint.   The word unique doesnt really even begin to cover it.
"The act of defending any of the cardinal virtues has today all the exhilaration of a vice."

"Over-civilization and barbarism are within an inch of each other. And a mark of both is the power of medicine-men."
