I know what song it is. I never heard of a CD entitled "Family Tree." Unless she saying she just bought one song, in which case, "boo!"

yeah I was wondering that same thing, but I just had to give a sarcastic answer

Rejoice, after 3 months of waiting my copy of Tunnelvision Brilliance by Scott "Fuckin'" Reeder finally fell on my doormat this morning. (morning-wood never felt so good)

I've had a really hard time finding this one, since teh interweb yielded nothing but half an EP of TB.
But I finally have the whole thing, the easterbunny has answered my prayers.

Yesterday was National Record Store Day, you know. Hopefully everyone had as prolific a haul as I did. Wink I spent about $150 on music, ended up at the Triumph Brewery for a few pints, then went to work drunk. It was a rich full day.

Shit, I spend enough on music as it is, but I didn't know that it was National Record Store Day. We don't really have to many record stores around here, mainly a small one that I rarely get to visit, besides the FYEs and Best Buy stores.  I get most my cds off the internet since they cheaper and have anything. Plus, stores like FYE suck.

Actually National Record Store Day didn't really involve any sales or anything, though you'd assume it would. Rolling Eyes But a few had bands playing, so that was cool. Unfortunately, two of my favorite shops just closed recently. But Tunes will always be around, as will AKA Music in Philly. So I'm set. There's also Siren in Doylestown, which is awesome, but that's over an hour drive, and I typically don't go there unless there's a show going on.

You have to be careful with Marley CDs.  Unless they are Tuff Gong, the quality is usually very poor.  Hope yours sound good.  Everytime the weather warms up, I am in the mood for Bob.

Right on, what is up with that? I think there are about 10 different versions of every Marley song. LOL.

As far as recent puchases, John Coltrane " A Love Supreme", Steely Dan Citizen boxed set,  and Filter  "Short Bus".
