pervy i can't believe i did that again.  no idea why.  yeah, i sang in church a long time ago, but now it's just in the shower and the car . . . a lot.  i just found out about kevin max this week from pandora.com.  he writes poetry too and has a book explaining the lyrics from the album that song was on.  but after seeing them i'm almost afraid to read it, which means i probably will.  funny but some of my closest friends have been named kevin.  i like the naruto clips that were put with the song on youtube:

Well, first of all I would love to be your coach.  Unfortunately, that would be like the student instructing the teacher.  I told a musician friend about live band karaoke and they didn't seem interested.  Didn't want to give up the mic I guess.  I'll probably go to a local bar during karaoke night for my five minutes of fame.

thanks inchains!  punky i love to make people laugh, especially you!    now it's somebody else's turn.  who's next?

SFA, bands can make a ton at live karaoke through dvd sales, charging to learn a new song, etc.  and it's a steady gig.  but they need a sense of humor about the whole thing.  at metalsome they have a great time.  the banter between songs is priceless.
