Maybe this has been done before. On the next tour *fingers crossed*, have a contest where a member of the board can be a roadie for a day in their home town at an AIC concert.

That would be a dream come true for many people. There is plenty of time to plot out the possibilities so I am just planting a seed.

You can have "create an AIC Tour Shirt" contest. There are some artists on board.

I think reviewing the submissions  would quite an interesting project.

Another next tour contest could be "Win a Stinky Shirt."

A  "stage worn" shirt from a member could be shipped to a contest winner.

Being artsy, I like the design a shirt idea.....and it seems easy & fair enough for everyone to try to do......
