Well I'm pretty excited. I've just booked my hotel (The Westin no less!!!) for a bargain price on hotwire for the weekend and a few days after...

It's non refundable - so I'm 100% going now!!!

I was thinking the same thing....Is anyone else going to be around on Thursday evening, or maybe Sunday? Friday and sat nights will probably be out with tribute activities..

i wish...but they're weird, and will find some excuse not to go.
and i would ask my older brother, but he doesnt like layne, and he's always looking at his flaws.

THE WESTIN  (owned by company that owns Sheraton)....4 stars, lovely hotel from all appearances, right in the center of town and I'm absolutely thrilled as I thought I'd be slumming it in a 1 or 2 star place. Got it for a bargain price of $139, instead of $250 -  300 as per other websites.

Go to www.hotwire.com - it's still on there (as of now) down to $136....(it's the 4 star hotel in downtown pike place)

Nevermind.....We are there for Layne and the Fund, not the hotel.....from your description the Green Tortoise sounds great, plus you are going to so many other places along the way it's gonna be a big budget holiday for you!
