I am looking forward to new material. It has been over a decade since the band put out an album of new studio stuff. I do not know if you can look at the last AIC Tour and come up with an idea of what to expect as far as the type of material. There were ofcourse Jerrys two albums but I do not think that is any indication of what will come either. And I liked Boggy and Degradation(the double version CD ofcourse!). AIC has always been true to themselves, that is what made them great and unique in the first place. I expect their next effort to be no different. I have been slow to warm up to William as the lead singer but I think that is probably the case with many fans. We should not expect William to duplicate what Layne did in the band, that is just unrealistic. William in effect has been doing cover tunes. I am going to get more interested in listening to him with the new material. I am also very curious as to the song content.

Folks, I loved Laynes vocals!!!! There will Never be a lead singer like that!!!! But, imagine if you love making music and the lead singer isn't available anymore? And you helped make the BEST music on the planet??? You must go on with a new lead singer! And William is terrific! They chose the best guy! Now, I just hope to be there to enjoy their stuff, WHENEVER it comes out!!!! I'm old, but I'm not done! I'm in very good shape after running about 50 miles this school year. I am in sooo much better shape than most of my kids! I still love to party and rock!!! Mike
