hey jess...i like that song too, and i like to pick the lyrics apart on most tool songs and study em...haha. to me that song is a metaphor for molestation/rape and how people eventually seek empathy in performing the sick evil acts to which they fell victim. the cycle of abuse..."i’ve come round full circle, my lamb and martyr...".  pretty powerful song.

You're about spot on. I think though Maynard said it was about child abuse to be more specific. But it defenately has imo, some of the best lyrics ever written. Aenima is another great song.

I LOVE FROGS...it reminds me of like a storm or nighttime in ur car in the city and your freaked out about being shot (cincy for ya) I would listen to this going to northside and OMG it would be like 12 am...yea its trippy so its the begining of the doors song...uhh..riders on the storm...alsome song too... the best part of frogs is when layne says dont fuck with me again...its chilling..not creepy but whoa... creepy I dont know if AIC was ever creepy....havent had any freak me out..the messages of heroin and death and all freak me out more..like he forshadowed his own demise... and 50 bucks is heroin where?? hell they come in 10's and 20's and tires ( which is 150 bucks) who the hell gets a 50? 1/4 gram or what?
