I freakin love this community.  I can't get anybody to talk about Alice in Chains with me in "real" life.  A few people will but they don't know all the things we all know and have read.  So, here are some random thoughts on my mind:

1.  In "It's Coming After", there's a woman's voice singing over Layne on the line "it's coming after you...."  Is that Demri?  I don't know why I'm convinced that its her but I think so.  Also, how cool are those lyrics "A whispering cat in a burgundy hat...."

2.  I wonder how Layne's cat Sadie survived for 2 weeks in the condo after his death.  It makes me so sad because Layne would have never wanted her to suffer.  That (and the coroner's report) lets me know he accidentally overdosed.

 3.  Are the rumors about the new book/movie in 2008 real?

1. I love "It's coming after" too. But I have no idea who that girl is. I don't believe it's Demri though. As far as I know she was just a model.. not a singer. :)

2. Poor Sadie... Poor Layne... :( I don't know how she survived. Maybe there was enough food for her around... or she found a way to go out and come back?

3. Yep.. the rumors about the movie and the book are true. The movie based on Rubio's book have already an actor.. You can find him on imdb.com and the new book rumors are sadly true... The author says it will be released in August. I hope she'll never make it though. And if she did, I hope it sinks.

OMG!!!!!!! Her book sucked so bad. If she makes some bullcrap movie that has a crappy actor and nothing to do with the way the story truly was, I'm gonna go so insane. I hope this movie doesn't come to fruition. And I wonder who they are going to get to play Demri. And I hope they don't make it seem like Demri ruined his entire life and that they were madly in love and all that because they certainly had their problems!
