Regarding the accent subject... my friend Kristen said that the Washington accent resembles a little the Southern accent... not tottaly but some words. Her mom is from Washington too so she says there are some words that actually sound a little like the country dudes from the South.

I've got an accent yes, but compared to other Australians' it's not that strong...I spent 2 years in London, so I had the hard edges rubbed off it as it were.

Well my day is nearly over, another 2 hours to go (not even) then I go with my colleague to Zara to see whether there's anything I should buy (tho' I kinda hate Zara!!!) and then to the resturant for a boys night...Oh no, I may not be the only girl...who cares, anyway!!!
