Yeah, thanks a lot and welcome to the boards. They actually played Squeeze Box? Wow. Learning a lot here.

Thanks again for the uploads. I remember seeing Cantrell play Brain Damage/Eclipse on the Boggy Depot tour--one of the first shows I ever went to--and I've been looking for audio of that for years. It was nice to finally hear it again.

Also, back in 2001 during the Deg Trip tour, Kehoe was known to prod Jerry into an impromptu "Sweet Home Alabama" jam session a couple of times......

Rif you are totally the man!  Thanks so much for starting this thread, it's awesome! Mr Green

Under the early names heading didn't they once call themselves Fuck too? Not sure if it was when Layne was with them though...

What do you think about the Get Born Again movie?
    Jerry: Yes. It’s fucking horseshit.

Rif...maybe you could glean something useful from this live list.  Jerry was backing vocals on almost all of these, and later in their tour, sans Corabi, held down lead vox...

At a quick glance, I didn't see 20th Century Boy (T. Rex) also done by CV...

American Band (Grand Funk Railroad) was played by Jerry and some members of Queensryche at the Graceland (formerly the Off Ramp, subsequently El Corazon) in Seattle, and now something else I believe...not that that matters.

Jerry also performed The Cult's Sanctuary, and Edie (is that the right title? Maybe Ciao Baby) in Hawaii, with Duffy, Bradley, Wyse, and Howser (NOT billed as CV).

Sugartaste, I don't want to step on any toes but I am mistaken that you said the 10-23-04 show at the Wiltern was CV?

Because I know for a fact it's a Camp Freddy show--as a matter of fact I saw the Camp Freddy NYC show 2 days before it on the 21st, setlist is:

SETLIST: Ballroom Blitz, 20th Century Boy, Should I Stay Or Should I Go, Jailbreak, Man In The Box, Planet Clare, Blitzkrieg Bop, Feel Like Makin Love, Venus In Furs, The Blue Mask, I Wanna Be Your Dog

Guests: Lou Reed, Billy Duffy, Jerry Cantrell, Gina Gershon, Fred Schneider, The Roots.

Jerry did Jailbreak and Man in the Box at my show, and I Wanna be your dog (everyone) I think, if memory serves.

here is the Camp Freddy website link, Jerry's been in a ton of shows w/CF, it has setlists, I can get more info on which songs Jerry sang if it doesn't say from Billy Morrison or Dave Navarro or their sites--let me know if you need help!

    http://campfreddy.net/members/events/events.php

click on each event for setlist/guests.

oh, poke around the site, there's a ton of great pics, and here is the link to the Bacardi B-Live videos from the St. Patrick's day show in Miami this year, GREAT camera work

    http://bacardilive.com/

you have to put in an age over 21

    go to events

on the right side of the page is Rewind videos.  the second one (I think) on the bottom is CF.

I could be wrong about this, but I have a badass song that Jerry and Dime did called "Ashes to Ashes".  I believe it's from The Punisher soundtrack.  This song is f-ing awesome; they alternate singing and there is some facemelting guitar work.

^ You're right that this song is by Damageplan featuring Jerry on "The Punisher" soundtrack... but it's their singer Pat Lachman (not Dime) and Jerry singing together.  It's an alright song, but imagine Jerry collaborating with old-school PanterA (1990-1994)... that'd be awesome.

    Random stuff....

The dolls from "I Stay Away" are in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio. The museum also holds several original hand-written lyrics sheet and other personal items of the band members.

Every Alice in Chains album has made it to the Number 1 spot on the Top 200 cd's

    I'm not fine, fuck pretending.

Does anyone have any idea what, if any, songs were recorded in these sessions.  It sounds like nothing was done but just curious to know for sure.

I'd guess Get Born Again and Died as they were recorded 4 the boxset.
