Alice in Chains played from 7:30 to 8:30.  VR played from 9:10 to somewhere around 11:00.

I don't remember the entire Alice In Chains setlist, but here's what I remember:

But they did play more than 10 songs right? There were others besides these?

10 songs is very cheap! finally, it's good that we won't see a show with Velvet revolver in europe. Beyond the shadow of a doubt Alice will make it's own tour after the new album's out in the stores.

I wish they would have play longer though, it went too fast!
I thought the crowd would be more active during AIC too.

One complain i got is that on my ticket the show was stated to start at 19h30 and i was there a few minutes before and the show started immediately with AIC and i heard that the other band "Kill Hannah" played just before... good chance i decided to be there for 19h30 and not later i would have miss AIC...

As for Velvet Revolver, im really not into their stuff, it's well executed though, but their music is simple and nothing new to me, also notice that a lot of their fans dont even looked like they knew their songs or their lyrics but was mainly cheering for Slash but well...

 
still glad i saw AIC again and next time they must headline!
 

 

That's a pretty decent setlist for Alice. Basically just the hits then, but we can't expect anymore when they're the support act on this VR tour.

Obviously too short, but AiC still put on a great show. I REALLY wish they had played Bleed The Freak.

Oh yeah and another question, did anyone see what the tour shirt looked like?  Did AIC have a merch booth too?

Set List?

I was there, 20th row, and I thought AiC were AMAZING!!!  VR was very good too, but I prefer the AiC stuff.  The singer was really great, and really respectful of the songs.  And he nailed all the notes... especially during man in the box... sending shivers down my spine.  I wish the show would have been an actual double-headliner.. AiC were treated like an Opening Band... which is shamefull... no encores, and they didn't come on stage with VR at the end of the show.  I'll be honest, i went to that show to see AiC and Slash.  VR aren't bad by any means, but their best songs were their GnR and STP covers, and those songs got the biggest crowd reaction.  In my book VR should have played before AiC, but of course they are promoting their newest album so I understand how it works.  When AiC releases their new album they won't be opening for anyone.  And our tickets did say 7h30, so we showed up at 7h50ish, and missed a few AiC songs which reallly SUCKS!!! We walked in during Them Bones, but we overheard We Die Young from outside the venue.  This was my first time seeing AiC live, and I sure hope it won't be the last... and next time I'll be going EARLY.
