you're gonna be suprised how many young fans there are! Alice really speaks to a lot of people, age seems to be of no importance when it comes to their fanbase and their music.

I'm only 19 and i love Alice in Chains. Their are a lot of younger fans. Alice's music will carry on for the ages. Young kinds still get captured by Would? and Man in the Box to this day.

 It was funny going to the AIC show at the SD House of Blues. Regularly they put the younger people on the floor (more room), but this time they switched it up and put the older people on the floor, because their were way more of them. Us poor people under 21 had to go to the balcony. Not that i'm complaining tho. Nothing like sitting down about 30 ft from Alice and not having anyone in your way. Great Great Show.

Im 18, and consider AIC to be my favourate band but I never got to see them with Layne.  Second gig I ever went to was a jerry Cantrell gig! I was talking to an older AIC fan at one of their 2006 dates and he said its cool how the band appeal to different age groups and are a cult band in that respect, even though the band havent recorded in a long time their fan base continues to increase.

I was 15 when AIC came out so do the math I remember i was watching MTV[mind you that was before it turned to rap city] and i seen Layne shacking his head singing man in the box, my mouth dropped i said man they kick ass!!!!

I'm coughcoughthirtysixcoughcough ... I was 21/22 when I first heard of them, wasnt really a fan though, but somehow I got hooked up, then due to my "busy" life at the time I couldn keep up with them, so I consider myself a new fan... I've been trying to "re-learn" about them as much as possible....

I'm only 16. I've been listening to AiC since about this time last year. Got some memories from when I was really young hearing AiC on the radio and that's what got me started listening to them.

I'm 15. I got into them like 2 1/2 year ago though.
