The Vegas show was amazing. AIC has a certain intensity that no one can match. William has some awful big shoes to fill, but he is doing it very well. He is a brave soul. It is such a trip and a rush when everyone is on the same page singing the same words, sometimes I just like to watch. We spend so much time everyday and throughout our lives opposing and fighting and struggling against each other. Then when we go to an awesome and amazing show preformed by some very intense artist, somehow we all get on the same page....sniff, sniff....its a beautiful thing....Geeked

Yeah, that totally describes it.....all of it.... Yes

gypsy19, you took the words right out of my mouth =)  I know EXACTLY what you mean Yes and Nature, you totally perseverated my thoughts Wink

3rd time seeing them in the last year. Absolutely amazing set. The interaction amongst the band was great. They seemed to be really enjoying themselves.

I am blown away with the intensity that William sings Love Hate Love with. Amazing!!!!

Everytime I see another show, it gets better and better. I do hope the band gets in the studio and gives us some new stuff...I bet it would be amazing.

    Thanks for a great show...

    Ann

PS Jerry looks much better without the beard...What i would do to meet him...

wow-any friend of Adrianna Rubio has got to be a twu journalist

    For Immediate Release
    November 12, 2007

Author, & friend of Alice In Chains frontman Layne Staley, is itching to tell the tale of the singers last years. "Itch, love stories about Heroin" is Vece's fourth book and is based on Layne Staley's last five years on reclusive life in downtown Seattle.

The book, which is due out in late 2008, will reveal some secrets about the singer, as well as offer an inside look at his addiction and struggles with Heroin.

"It will be a struggle to finish the book" , Tanya Vece said. "It will be like closing a chapter on his life, and mine- not for good but I think saying what he would want to have said". Staley did call in an interview to Vece's friend author Adriana Rubio about a month before his passing. Weak and coughing, Staley wasn't ready to comment on his reclusive life, but did talk briefly about his fight with drugs.

"Everyone knows he was addicted. I want to talk about who he was, and get to the real Layne- addiction and art" Vece commented. This is going to be the indie-writer's fourth book. When asked on her connection to Staley she said "Let me just say there are some things I won't expand on- some things even I will keep secret!"

Tanya Vece is the current editor of independent art ezine The Horse Chronicles. She has three other fictional independent books out, and is an honoree of the International Press Academy. Her recent accomplishments include press coverage through CNN for The Democratic Debate in Las Vegas.
