I'm going! I cannot wait until Tuesday night. I bought my tickets early from here, and I am stoked. I've seen AIC 2 times here in Denver, and each time was a "surprise". My husband called me up at work and made me go home early..."sick". The second time, a very good friend graced us with pit tickets. We didn't understand until we got there... Second Row Tickets. Usually, Coors amp is windy, fans on the lawn THROW the lawn, food/beer
is expensive as hell. But September 24 with the rain/snow... that show
ruled. on baldy's blogs from the shows, In the crowd from the stage picture (taken behind Jerry), my husband is in the white rainslicker. my heads behind his guitar neck. one more brush with fame:)
The Ogden theater is a very small venue. it's got a real mosh pit (I can't imagine people moshing at an acoustic) .This show's gonna be just as great, without the snow.
EDIT: I'd meet for drinks, but I won't get out of work until 630pm, husband works 'til 7, so we will just barely make it in time. The Ogdens bar staff are fairly generous with content:)
