The book does look interesting. I definitely prefer to be happy, but I have to accept the fact that I won't always be happy. I guess having different emotions is what makes you human and life interesting.

I couldn't have summed it up better. In life I try to be as happy as possible, but I know there will be times when I won't feel so happy.

I guess the saying "life is what you make it" really takes place, huh?
