    Kyuss

Another band thread that has been made at all the other boards we all go too.

I'm annoyed because you are being completely rude and inconsiderate and I have no idea why because I have no clue who you are. But whatever. If that's the way you wanna be, so be it.

    Re: Kyuss

One of the greatest stoner rock bands to ever exist. With our buddy Josh H on the drums way before the QOTSA years.

I'd have to say that I never get sick of these guys, one of the most talented fairly unknowen bands I've ever heard.

That's Eagles OF Death Metal. As GodAmThatRiver explained, Josh played guitar in Kyuss.

    Re: Kyuss

Kyuss is great, in comparison to many others, I actually like "...And the circus leaves town" the most; just listen to "One Inch Man" ..

Anyone heard Hermano? Saw them live last week, pretty good stuff!

That album as well as welcome to sky valley are fantastic. I'd say the top two.... I just wish they had recived more recognition when they were around but w/e.

    Re: Kyuss

Kyuss were awesome. The first hermano album is killer, only a suggestion its called, the second one dare I say was a bit dissappointing. Slo Burn another of John Garcias bands were immense, their EP is well worth checking out, its quite hard to find though. Less noteworthy are Unida, another of Garcias bands- not bad by any means, but not kyuss

    Re: Kyuss

I love kyuss. I was shocked at home much I liked them when I first heard them. You know it was a typical introduction

Mate: Hey check these guys out

Me: Sure I guess (not really expecting much)

Seconds later I had found a band I loved. Sure it helped I was stoned by I still love them regardless. One Inch Man, Demoncleaner, Million Dollar Trip are stand out songs that come to mind at the moment

    Kyuss rule

    Re: Kyuss

Mmm, Kyuss. Infinitely better than any of that QOTSA/EODM nonsense. (Lanegan tracks excluded, obviously..)

Agreed that Hermano are pretty damn good, though.
