    Sign a Petition (Nascar)

    After the 2003 Nascar racing season Bill Elliott announced that he would be competing part time entering the 2004 season. Upon hearing this announcement Ray Evernham stated,
    "On the day Bill Elliott decides it's going to be his last race, he will drive the No. 9." - Ray Evernham

    2008 will be Bill's last year competing at NASCAR's highest level.  this is a petition asking Ray to honor his quote, and see Bill Elliott compete one last time in the #9!
