    Latest CDs bought

I didn't see a post about this here, so I made one.

    Last 3 I've gotten are

Porcupine Tree - We Lost the Skyline (excellent acoustic ep. the songs are all beautiful, only problem is theres only 8 of them)

Agalloch - The White EP (excellent folk-ish ep. no harsh vocals on this one.)

Meshuggah - Obzen (i like it, if you don't like them already, i doubt this will get you into them though.)

You can't go wrong with this, or Deadwing for that matter.

Actully, you can't go wrong with any of their material, but those are good for a strating point.

I don't buy much music anymore, as most of the bands these days just aren't that good. I ordered AiC Unplugged DVD few months ago, but i got the CD version :P I was planning to send it back, but i couldn't resist to unseal the cd and listen it, so i never got the dvd, guess i need to order it again.

Actually, I really don't care too much for anything after _In Absentia_. I mean, it's ok, but IA and everything before it is great. Well, excluding _On the Sunday of Life_ and _Metanoia_ which are fair to ok.

Also, I made a mini-haul today. Another great local record shop is closing tomorrow, so I got a couple discount CDs there. Then I stopped in BB to get the new Meshuggah. Of course they didn't have it. Rolling Eyes So all together I got:

Type O Negative - Dead Again (limited edition CD/DVD)
    Monk - Straight, No Chaser
Alice In Chains - s/t (Japanese import) ($5)
Rasputina - How We Quit the Forest ($1)

    Also:
    Indricothere - s/t (vinyl/CD)

uh well i've gotten a few in the past days.

    Velvet Revolver- Contraband

    Fugazi-Red Medicine

    Ataxia- Automatic Writing

Filter- (some single.. i can't remember)
