Incredible is the only word I can use to describe his solo album. I listen to it pretty much every day. Yes its short but it doesn't really matter as quality over quantity is what matters. Eddie is a seriously talented man, and I look forward to more solo stuff (as much as I love Pearl Jam). My favourite songs have to be Setting Forth, No Ceiling, Hard Sun & Society (Society being not only one of my favourite Eddie songs, but one of my all time favourite songs ever, such feeling in his singing!) I love the film too!

I heard it's fantastic.... and I know it's been a very special project to Eddie and was many years in the making.... I believe he was even nominated for an Oscar for the soundtrack - not sure about that, but I know he was at the Oscar's because I saw him.... He's very proud of it.... I really want to hear it.

It's one my favourite films....I love Sean Penn...now as a producer as well! And that Emile Hirsch is a cutie (actually, a hottie)!!! I also loved the book but it gets boring from time to time, whereas the film never does.... The soundtrack is a masterpiece!!! And once you've seen the film, it's even better...He could not have done a better job... Check this out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWgxntibBtE Eddie Vedder is a genious! Buy it, buy it...In fact, I can actually e-mail you a couple of songs I believe...

awww...the sad thing is it seems like maybe he was headed towards seeing his parents again when he died. Guess everyone wants their mommy when they're suffering. All three, book, movie and soundtrack are awesome.
In the end we are what we pretend to be...

Solitude: My son wanted to know what it is about--so I briefly explained. He says, "But he makes up with his parents at the end, right Mom?"--
Awww, bless him!!!! He does make up with them...I guess...In his mind and heart he did, he did want to go back at some stage so perhaps he was going to face that...I totally adored this film...And Soly, once you hear that soundtrack on a CD you'll love it even more....Guaranteed and Society are my faves!!!! Here, I love this scene, when Chris sees reindeer for the first time (boy did I cry while watching this film!!!):
