I always keep my acoustic guitar downtuned just so I can play along to this album whenever I feel like putting it on. Cool

Come to think of it, I haven't done that in a while.

Think fast. I'm getting ready to plan that trip. Mr Green I've waited a little too long as it is, I think.

I've never taken a guitar on an airplane though. Confused

    Re: MTV Unplugged

    amazing. woderful. unreachable.

that's the album that hooked me. i gotta listen to ''down in a hole'' at least once a day.

this album is full of little jewels: the moment when layne and jerry go a cappella in ''brother'', the moment when layne fucks up the lyrics in ''sludge factory'' (miss u layne! Broken Heart u were such a funny guy!), ''down in hole'', which speaks for itself: the way layne's and jerry's voices dance together is something that no word can convey, layne's voice in ''rooster'', so powerful, ''got me wrong'' and ''over now'', that sound even better than in the studio albums, and last, but definitely not least, the icing on the cake: a wonderful brand new song: ''killer is me''.

i'm totally in love with this album. always been, since day one.

thank you guys for that amazing night! thank you for this masterpiece!

    candy heart, what a waste...

When I listened to Nutshell, I decided to buy this album as my very first Alice In Chains album I ever bought.

    Re: MTV Unplugged

I'm not gonna lie, my eyes get watery when I watch Nutshell.  So beautiful and sad at the same time. I love the whole performance.

    Embarrassed

Oh, I'd also like to point out which makes me smile everytime, is when Layne goes to take a drink out of his bottle (at the end of the show) and the cap is on. lol

    Re: MTV Unplugged

Hearing and seeing the crowd and the response they gave to the guys, when they came out on stage makes me emotional and gives me chills.

I got to see the accoustic show last year in Orlando.  AMAZING!!! I only wish I could have seen the '96 accoustic show with Layne.
