I collect a few autographs when the opportunity presents. Lots of great bands mentioned in this section, anybody score any autographs? Can just be a list or photos/stories are always cool.

I don't have too many, a just a few AIC ones, Billy Duffy's and Travis Meeks. My favorite one though is my autographed CWTF Live 2002 CD that I had William sign the night of the very first show in Seattle... I was stoked to get it, and he was blown away that I actually had his CD to sign that night, even though the night before I told him I was a big fan of CWTF. :) I've kind of got a thing going now were I've been trying to grab a picture with people instead of getting autographs. An autograph can be cool sometimes, but it's not like they are one of a kind thing, and I've seen many people try to get a bunch of stuff signed that you know is going to end up on Ebay... I think that is why a lot of "famous," people can kind of be jerks about giving autographs. I always get pissed when I see or hear of someone getting harassed because they won't sign something... if you were really a true fan and wanted that autograph for the right reasons, you'd probably approach the person in a manner that they'd be comfortable with and they would actually like to take the time to spend with you, or you'd understand that they really don't want to stop or have the time to stop right now. Would it really make you happy to know that you inconvenienced and pissed off Kenny G because you wanted him to sign your crap? Would you be happy every time you looked at your autographed G-Force cassette? I'll stop ranting now.

Me too.  Don't get me wrong, I've gotten lots of autographs in the past, but it is my pictures I love.

Jerry signed my Layne tribute shirt. and i've told the story a million times over at the ladies thread. they are so sick of hearing it so i'm so glad you made this thread up so i can relive it again. hahahaha.

ok i was very drunk at the show they played in Boston last summer. i was being held up by the wall pretty much. i don't drink much andi'm a light weight so when i do i get drunk very quick. cheap date. anyway. i was being held up frm the wall outside the stage door. cause some woman said jerry would come out he always does. so i waited for about 45min. and was about to leave when all of a sudden in slow motion i look up and his wavy blond hair boncing underneath the red Red Sox hat he was wearing. and our eyes met. ah yes. i was drunk and couldn't see him clearly but i remember kinda what it was like. HAhAHAHAHA. i know he was looking me right into my eyes though. i was right out side the door so i was the first one he could see as he came around.

then i was too chicken shit to ask him to sign my shirt. so the lady who told me he'd be there went up to him for me. and asked if he'd sign it. i remember i never looked at  him only showed him the shirt and then i had him sign the back cause i was so drunk i didn't know my ass from my elbow and he actually could have signed my elbow and i woudl not have known. anway. i remeber i held my hair up and he tried pressing that damn silver sharpie i gave him. and he said " i don't know how good this is gonna come out"  i just wanted to say that's ok baby you just keep touching me. HAHAHAHAHA> i didn't of course. then he gave me my marker. oh my god i don't remember that but he had to of cause i got it back. hmmm.

anyway. then the big GIGANTIC FINALE HE HUGGED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    . and i almost dropped the drink he had in his hand too i remember hahahahah. god what an ass. but anyway. theres' my story and thank you for letting me relive it again. and of course i still have the shirt. i kept looking at the sig for days and i was on cloud nine for a while. hahahahaha. but the only down fall i was so bombed i forgot i had a camera and did n't get a pic. oh well next time. peace....
