    TOOL

just doesn't seem right to have a music thread and no 'TOOL' thread

    Re: TOOL

damn Tool ... I couldnt get tix a month ago when they played in Amsterdam ... and now I just got an email from ticketmaster saying they're going to do another show in The Netherlands on november 9th ... when Im abroad!

    Donderdag 9 november 2006
    Ahoy' - Rotterdam
    Entree: E 42,50 (exclusief servicekosten)
    Aanvang: 19.30 uur

    Re: TOOL

A fine thread indeed. I'm going to see them in Seattle (with Nicole) and in Camden and hopefully in Cleveland. I got to see them in May, for the first time and it was awesome. I cannot wait to see them again. I hope they play The Pot :D.

that would be quite incredible. Kind of like that KISS/AIC tour....but better.

I've been waiting years to see Tool live; I'm finally getting my chance in September.

Tool kick ass big time, my 2 fav bands AIC and Tool, the only other band that ranks way up there for pure power and atistry are download (cEvin Key) better known for his work in Skinny Puppy.

    Re: TOOL

Tool puts on probably one of the best live shows of any band in existence.  They sound perfect even when live and they always add something different to every show.

The new CD is pretty good, but I'm not sure if it was worth the wait.  It always seems like their stuff evolves with every album and I like that with a band.

I'll be seeing them at Kemper Arena in KC on September 15th.  Anyone else going to be there?

    Re: TOOL

    WOOOO

    TOOL IS  AMAZING

MAYNARD IS JUST SO WONDERFUL AND PERFECT AT WHAT HE DOES.

Tool is Tool what can I say

    LIVE there WOW!

nothing is like Tool they stand alone

Seen them twice and they were the best shows ever!

he's a true master of his art.

All of them are perfect together

A perfect circle is also awesome I never get tired of it!

    LIVE IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL TOO!

Tickets here in nyc sold out in like 2 mins something insane like that and if you wanted to buy them off someone or ebay they went for $1000 bucks a pair in some cases!

crazy right! so I couldn't goCry

Lucky you all who had and who are still going to see them this year!

    enjoy every min of it.

    Jay~

    Re: TOOL

Tool live is the shit. Them and NiN have to be 2 of the best live bands out there.

10,000 Days was way worth it. Vicarious has so much more depth to it then most people think. It's such a dark freakin song for being a radio hit.

Tool/AIC would kick KISS/AIC out of the ballpark. Kiss? "KISS SUCKS". I forget where thats from

I was able get a ticket for the Amsterdam show,so just took a few days off from work...and had some nice holidays! ;)

eager to see them later this year again in Portugal, just hope they play a longer and different set from this european tour.

definetely of the best bands EVER (imo,of course)...after seeing them live for the 1st time this year in May,got the feeling that if you could merge Pink Floyd's (in their psychedelic prime) evil dark twin brother with Led Zeppelin and add sh**loads of charisma and originality, the result would be something like this
