Alice To Do Four Special Acoustic Shows

AliceInChains.com is pleased to announce that Alice in Chains will be performing four special acoustic-only shows in the new few months. These Alice in Chains The Acoustic Hour shows will feature just Alice performing some of their most loved songs unplugged. The lucky cities that will be hosting these shows are Milwaukee, WI on August 31; St. Louis, MO on September 1; Austin, TX on September 29 and New Orleans, LA on October 1.

On Wednesday, July 25, the AliceInChains.com Store will be holding exclusive presales for these four shows. For exact presale times, head over to the Tour Calendar. And don't forget that the earlier to you buy your tickets, the better your seats will be so make sure that you're sign up for an account before the presales kick off this Wednesday.

Threads for each of these shows have already been created over in the Upcoming Events forum so if you're planning on attending any of these performances, head over there and start chatting.

I may just see you there, girlfriend! I had already promised my son that I'd take him to Dallas to see them, because he wants to go pay his respects to Dimebag Darrell while we're there, but I have very good friends in New Orleans so I could save on hotel bills soooooo, I'm not sure. But I'm thinking about it! That would be so fun!

Maybe the Baldy will be able to send us some footage from one of the acoustic shows; we'll just have to wait and see. Of course, I'm sure someone will be kind enough to post at least a few clips from these shows up on YouTube.

damn..i hope they come to norway with one of these acoustic shows!!! that would be fuckin insane!!

Audio/Video....doesn't matter =)  I would pay money to relive the "Intimate Acoustic Hour" in Tulsa,OK. Actually, it wouldn't really matter which 2007 acoustic hour show...i'd still buy =)

Were these shows recorded by the band? It would be a shame to not have. What a great keepsake this would be to have and enjoy over again and again. I agree with gottadutch, these would sell well.
