    SETLIST

Well I guess I get the honor of posting the first setlist from the St. Louis Acoustic Show. Something notable to mention is that they taped the show (and told us they were) for a future live release -- I imagine footage from this show would be packaged with electric shows they taped last fall :-) Oh, and last but not least, I got to meet and get autographs from the 3 original members of AIC after the show in the parking lot :-D (William split right after the show to be with his girlfriend who was in town) Anyway, so here is the setlist.... Middle order is a little shakey, but all songs are there, and the encore is correct order.... And yes, "I can't remember" is the SONG and not just me forgetting which song goes there! :-)

    Re: SETLIST

We saw all you guys hanging around back there on our way to the car and I thought about getting in line but, by the time we got out there that line was pretty long. I am reasonably certain Jerry seen my wife and daughter two time though, We were seated in the very first seats next to the stage and when he looked our way they both stood up and pointed. He smiled and nodded once and the next time he winked. Then he threw a pick our way at the end of the show and my wife snagged it. Plus we were lucky enough to get the very last hand signed poster they had. It is numbered and it is signed by all of them.

Definitely the best concert I've ever been too. KC was cool last year too but, this one takes the cake. The smartest thing I did was wake up the wife and kid and get our asses down to the pageant by noon. We were the very first people in line at the east entrance and I don't think there was anywhere else in the place I would rather have been sitting than the seats we got. I can't wait for the live CD to come out and maybe we'll get lucky and there will be a DVD. Baldy taped us on the way out and I shook his hand. I also met the comedian who opened the show, he was very cool.

I am fairly certain your setlist is dead on, Paulie.

I ain't some dyin' dog that you can kick, so fuck off.

    Re: SETLIST

This was a great show, I'm glad they could finally come to STL.  Had to go all the way to milwaukee to see them last time.  Anyways, that setlist looks about right.  I was lucky enough to get right up front, in the standing area, couldn't have been closer to Jerry.  I'm hoping they were recording it to make a live DVD too, maybe I'll see myself? *shrug*  After the show, the guys handed out picks and stuff, it was pretty cool to have him hand me one.  My dad, behind me a bit, also managed to score one of the ones they tossed out.  I also got one of the autographed posters as well.  I wanted to hang out aftewards and meet them, but the line was huge.. although as we were walking back to our car, William DuVall flies out of the place, shakes a few guys hands, and gets in a car and leaves.

Like I said, best show I've ever been to, they played great, I'm really glad I went to it.

AIC acoustic show in st. louis, mo 9/1/07

I was at the show last night in St. Louis.  So awesome.  This was my first time seeing the band.  Loved all the songs, the band was great and I even got an autograph from Jerry after the show.  Thanks, AIC, for coming to St. Louis.

    Re: SETLIST

Went to the show last night w/ my wife.  We are expecting our first baby in Nov (baby's 1st concert).  Tet some cool guys before the show from Arkansas.  The setlist is dead on.  We sat just right to the stage.  Have pics of Sean and Jerry going in for their soundcheck and pics of the show.  After the show as the guys were handing stuff out, I made eye contact w/Sean and thanked him.  He looked me right back, put his palms together (as if praying) nodded his head back to me, gave a smile, and mouthed thank you back.  CAN'T GET ANY BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!  We waited after the show and met Jerry.   We wanted a pics together, but he said he was hungry and wanted to hurry the line.  NO BIGGIE, we completely understood.  Some guy took the pic anyway, though I'm not in it, its a good pic of Jerry and my wife.  Yeah that was the best show we have ever seened.  Never seen them before and the wait was worth it.  I could keep going, but I'd just be repeating my.  FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART,THANK YOU AIC!!!!!!!!!!!

    Re: SETLIST

So cool, I can't even begin to describe it.  Best show I have ever been too.  It was great to meet all the guys, especially Mike.  He took the longest to come out (there was only like 15 people left out there), but he took pictures with everyone and signed anything anyone handed him.  Great night.

I didn't wear it, but brought it with me.  Actually got Sean to sign it, so now its got all three on there.  I even talked some smack to Jerry and Mike, and they seemed really stoked to meet a guy from the league.  It was an amazing night.
