Just wanted to say what a great time we had in San Diego! The show was fantastic. Could have played longer but I would say that even if you played all night long. Once again I was less than 5 feet from the stage and got to see you all up close. You are wonderful and William your doing a great job!! Can't wait til you come back as a headliner show instead of the opener!  All in all the whole night was a blast!

Thanks Alice for a wonderful night for my family and I.

What an amazing amazing band -- timeless songs and powerful performances.  I've been fortunate enough to see the new AIC at the three shows in San Diego beginning last year, and each venue provided a different atmosphere.  Each time, the band exceeded my high expectations (except for the abrupt end because of the dicks at Del Mar).  One good thing about the tour with VR is it gave us an opportunity to see AIC at a large venue and on the big tall cavernous stage at Coors.  They had no problem filling it up, with that wall of stacked amps giving everybody what they came to hear.  Fantastic lighting effects too.  A solid setlist (my highlights were "Down in a Hole" and "Rain When I Die" and of course "Rooster"*).  Obviously the show could have been longer, but I'll take any Alice I can get.  What we did get was awesome.  I'm still buzzing.  William is really part of AIC now, and I'm looking forward to see where the band goes with new material.

*If I had known nobody was going to post the setlist I would have kept notes.  Sorry.

This show was the first time for my husband seeing AIC.  He really enjoyed it.  I was just disappointed that they weren't the headliners.  :(  Not enough songs for me.  LOL

I got a good laugh out of the The Baldy's story of Jerry and Mike visiting the waterpark next to the amphitheatre before the show.  That's a fun place.  In fact we thought about going there that day but the weather cooled a little and we ended up at the Padres game instead.  We should have gone with our first instinct -- what a trip it would have been to run into Jerry and Mike at the top of La Jolla Falls.

By the way, about the Padres (a brutal loss last night -- congrats Colorado), the rookie third baseman Kevin Kouzmanoff is a big AIC fan.... Rock on, KOOOOOOOZ!!!
