Marysville CA (Sleep Train Amphith) 9.20.07

It was intense!  I highly recommend being 5-10ft from the stage...front center and staying the whole concert...VR included!

Jerry surly has some sexy nostrils. hehehe I didn't want to gawk so I looked once and didn't look at his nose again. lol

Damn...being so close to Jerry, Mike, Sean & William is numbing... William I'm tellin ya was channeling Layne during the song, "Love, Hate, Love" I had to wipe the tears out of my eyes because it was that emotional and soulful.  That song was definitely a highlight for me along with "No Excuses" everyone was bouncing around having fun. Sooo glad I got to hear that song again... third times a charm!!!

Very cool for a Thursday night to be among the crowd dancing, singing and just rocking out with Sparta, Velvet Revolver and ALICE IN CHAINS!  You made me not regret spending my hard earned cash!

Thank You and if you guys decide to come back around my area again.... I'll be there ready to rock!

What a special show, the guys are sounding really good!! They played every song 100%, and were feeling the music, and not holding back. I was so happy to be there. The setlist was the fucking best and the soundguys new what they were doing on the mix.   Jerry was getting sounds out of his guitar I have never heard before, I love the intro to Rain When I die.  Love, Hate, Love was the special highlight (sean stands and POUNDS on the drums), along with No Excuses.  The video screen shots showing in the backdrop were really cool, from smoke, to Sean during Angry Chair, and Rooster.   How much fun can you pack in 1 hour . . . . unbelievableBig Smile

It was cool to see each band member get their introduction.

I had to leave right after their set, and can't imagine VR having to follow them.

You are so right!  What about the ending of "Love, Hate, Love" when William stopped singing and Jerry played on.... That was awesome!

Or when Sean walked out to the crowd and handed the guy on the fence, one of his drumsticks.... The guy was so stoked and had the biggest smile.

Even after a few days of the concert being over.... I still can't get over how fun that night was!  Yes

You lucky dogs! You got to hear Love Hate Love live...I would love to hear William's rendition of the powerful vocals in that song.

I was hoping and yelling for it, but not luck in Phx. Maybe next time!
