Does anyone know what is going on with Alice In Chains Velvet Revolver show in Irvine?  This was posted for Friday, October 26th on here with TBA for ticket sales, now, is no longer listed.  If you link from Alice In Chains on Ticketmaster it goes to a Velvet Revolver only show listing for that date, and a ticketmaster email I received, advertised the Velvet Revolver show.  Has AIC decided to cut short the touring with VR?  Sorry if this has already been discussed.

Ticketmaster search for Alice in Chains comes up with "Velvet Revolver" for 10/26, with presale tomorrow at 9 am. There are so many ways theyve listed VR+AIC, I assume that AIC is still at this gig.

so I assume its still both. (And if it isnt both its a big mistake for VR, because I think they will have trouble selling it out alone).

I want that show too, but am holding off for now.  All the other pre-sales were on this website well in advance of the start date for the pre-sale...but not this one.  I am also a little suspicious, since this show was already rescheduled once.

Also, I saw the same thing you did on Ticketmaster: 

The Velvet Revolver website does not say anything about who they are performing with at various shows.

Now the Alice website says nothing about the Irvine show being a solid tour date. 

 I was going to try to buy some tickets thru a broker, but I'd be really pissed if it was a VR-only show.  I had heard that at least one of the other shows, the crowd rocked to AIC and started leaving as soon as VR started to play!

Ticketmaster still links to it from an Alice search, and still shows them both in the lineup. If thats not right I'll be pretty pissed. Got 12th row center in the pre-sale which is awesome at Irvine Meadows (screw Verizon lol)....right around stage level, and no problem with the seats in front. There was still pit available, but after front row in Vegas and none of the pit crowding (yeah Im old, sue my parents, lol) I decided we would move back a little for this one.

Yes - Alice in Chains are on the bill for this one. The AliceInChains.com team just got confirmation today.
