I was hesitant about the new guy.  I saw the concert in St. Louis this weekend, and oh my gosh, it was an awesome show, he  did and awesome job.  I know that we are hardcore fans out there that just do not want to see a replacement, and I would never think of this guy as a replacement, because there is no way to replace.  However as we all know that Alice in Chains have a great need to spread the love of mind blowing music, I am going to accept this love of music.  The St. Louis performance was awesome, and I would see it over and over again, if I could.  I was totally moved by the performance, and I will remember it forever, talent, respect, it was great.

I TOTALLY DISAGREE with splinjeden..... i saw him tuesday night in albuquerque... and he was GREAT!!! He's gorgeous and a great singer... so much personality and passion for what he does.... I love this guy

 this lead singer sucks............. how can you go from a guy like Layne Staley to this? This guy is a disgrace to the memory of Layne.  Get with it guys.

Get real everyone....No one will ever "REPLACE" Layne, but this guy is not here to replace him. AIC has for years even before Layne passed been wanting to go on tour. They wanted to tour so bad that Jerry would tour solo without the rest. If anyone says this guy sucks, they need to try and sing any song. Layne had a voice that no one could match, but this guy does a great job with expressing the passion and emotion of all the songs that Layne helped record. The whole band can tour together with Layne right there in their memories and emotion. Great job and come back to Houston soon!!!
